Practice Texts
The texts below are used for the various pujas and group practices at the Centre. The pujas and group practices are led by our resident lamas. There is no special requirement for anyone who wish to attend our pujas and group practices. Nevertheless, it is better if you have at least the oral transmission for the texts. You can request the lamas to give you the oral transmission. For those who wish to use the texts for in their personal practice, please make sure that you have the necessary empowerments and/or oral transmission. Check with out resident lamas if you are unsure. Do treat the texts with respect. Thank you.
No empowerment or oral transmission is needed for this practice. However HH Lhoga Rinpoche requests those who wish to take up this practice to make a commitment to liberate 100 lives i.e. do life liberation for 100 animals or any other sentient beings.

This text is used for tsog offering on the 25th of each lunar month at the Centre. You must have received the Yeshe Rambar (a wrathful form of Guru Rinpoche) empowerment in order to use this text in your personal practice.
